CEI’s project management team worked closely with the designer and client to meet the highly publicized grand opening date and move in schedule. From furniture procurement to logistics management and installation, this large multi-phased, multi-level project involved highly detailed planning and project coordination with multiple manufacturers and construction trades to deliver the project on-time and on-budget for the client.
